We are uniquely positioned to service our fast-growing market and are looking to add a Medical DeviceRecruiter/ Distributor Program Manager to our team! You'll be responsible for:
Cold calling and performing initial candidate phone screens.
Names/number leads are provided.
Utilizing LinkedIn & HireEZ for prospecting and candidate reach outs.
Drafting email & LinkedIn InMail messages and developing marketing campaigns to reach out to and follow up with prospective candidates.
Communicating with candidates throughout recruitment campaign and maintain ongoing relationships with clients.
This includes advising on updates and next steps and acting as the liaison between clients and candidate to schedule interviews.
QualificationsComfortable with cold calling and interviewing candidates over the phoneHaving great listening skills and asking good questions.
Results focused, high drive and the ability to make decisions without direction.
