Responsibilities:
Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment.
Enforce rules, regulations, and company policies to ensure compliance.
Respond to alarms and emergencies promptly and appropriately.
Conduct thorough security checks of individuals and vehicles entering or leaving the premises.
Monitor cameras and surveillance systems to detect any suspicious activities.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, answering inquiries, and providing directions.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
Security Officer Qualifications and Skills:
Must be able to stand for up to 4 hours.
Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs.
Basic computer skills.
Excellent sense of judgment.
Can stay alert at all times.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
