7K a year Summary Will also compensate for mileage! We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Real Estate Task Runner to assist our sales team in managing the day-to-day tasks of our real estate business.
As a Real Estate Task Runner, you will be responsible for assisting with inventory tracking, delivering signs and lockboxes, checking vacant listings after bad weather/high winds, de-staging homes before closings, and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities Check in with a runner to-do list tracker for daily/weekly tasks and coordinate with the listing managers and Transaction Coordinators on a workday basis Track the amount of all signs and lockboxes Delivering for sale, multiple open house signs and lockboxes on coming soon and/or new listings, if needed Checking of all vacant listings and vacant land after any bad weather/high winds - ensure the signs are all still standing Assist with removing signs, and lockboxes before closings.
Assist the sales team with any real estate /client-related tasks relevant to the transaction Salary includes mileage to be paid for Qualifications 18 years old or above Must have a valid driver's license w/ a clear driving record Must be able to navigate the Greater New Orleans area & other surrounding areas Able to manage some physical activities such as climbing ladders and stairs, navigating embankments for sign placement, some moderate to heavy lifting, and assembling furniture and signs, occasionally.
